Farmfest have announced the next wave of acts to join the 2019 edition of the festival in Somerset.
Setting up camp in Bruton from the 25th to the 28th July, the festival welcome what they describe as a “mischievous melting pot of music, arts, party & people”. The second line-up announcement they’ve made seems to fit quite suitably into such a description, with a whole array of exciting and eclectic artists playing at the festival this time around.
Topping off the bill is the vibrant James Holden & The Animal Spirits, an infectious and uncompassing live electronic proposition that have lit up the festival circuit since the release of their last album The Animal Spirits. Joining them are the imaginative instrumental group Portico Quartet, deck favourites Horse Meat Disco and electronic trio Patawawa.
Flying the flag locally are house promotion masters Alfresco Disco, the commanding community platform Noods Radio, techno punk shamens Scalping and the dark ferocious sounds of SANS.
