2018 In Photos // October – December

Greetings, festive photo flickers, and welcome to the final instalment of 2018 in Photos, celebrating the gigs we’ve snapped and championing our fine photographers. October was the month in which Bristol Live Magazine became Bristol in Stereo, aligning with our sister publication in London. October and November were very much peak touring season, as you’ll be able to tell from the glittering array of acts featured. Shame managed to play twice in three weeks, once at SWX and then at Rough Trade, to celebrate being Rough Trade’s album of the year.

At IDLES‘ gig at SWX in October, there must have already been a few lingering suspicions that Joy As An Act Of Resistance was going to top many of those end-of-year lists. Raye confirmed her status as one to watch, and Lucy Dacus reminded us that she’d released one hell of an album right back at the start of the year. Check out the photo credits and featured artists by hovering the cursor over the photo in the sliding gallery.
