Alt-rock heroes Deaf Havana have been named as the first headliners of this years 2000trees Festival.
Other acts announced include Kerbdog, Pulled Apart By Horses and Arcane Roots, in addition to The Computers, Rob Lynch, Big Sixes, Allusondrugs, Nothing But Thieves and &U&I. Local gems have not been forgotten thus far, with Solemn Sun, The Cadbury Sisters, Thrill Collins, Milk Teeth, Bridges, Lonely Tourist, Rozelle and firm-fest-faves The St. Pierre Snake Invasion all stepping up to the plate.
Having already released two major-label albums, it’s safe to say that Deaf Havana have the goods to deliver a festival headline show, but it’s the bands live prowess that will ultimately impress this summer. Speaking about the festival, lead guitarist Chris Penells said:
2000trees is a festival we’ve always looked forward to one day playing, due to its solid line-ups of great British rock bands.
