With a talent for crafting brooding, atmospheric pop that glides from moments of sparse, emotive ambience to rich, melodic layers, it’s easy to see why Stevie Parker has been rapidly gathering great acclaim.

The Bristol based singer’s vocals are both powerful and ethereal, soaring through harmonies, as she delivers her earnestly truthful lyrics. There is a certain defiance at the core of her music in the way she creates lingering pop fused with synth-fuelled undertones, refusing to fit within any kinds of preconceptions surrounding the archetypal pop musician.

Having previously toured with Irish indie-folk troubadour SOAK, opened the main stage at Simple Things this year, and just released her debut EP Blue, Parker’s eagerly anticipated performance at the Louisiana is sure to provide a shimmering, spellbinding display of her poignant and tender songwriting.
