Simple Things have announced more details and the full line-up for the 2018 edition of the festival.

Taking place on 20th October, the festival will be split between a day and a night line-up, with both ticketed separately. Venues for the day have yet to be announced but the full programme for both the day and night has now been revealed.

Headlining the day event is revered Shoegaze group Slowdive, with the exciting Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever and the enigmatic James Holden & The Animal Spirits also joining them. They are supported by a who’s who of some of the most vibrant acts to recently emerge, with rising London favourites Black Midi, Sorry, Yassassin and Sistertalk joining vigilant punks Fontaines D.C. and the wit-filled drawl of Warmduscher. To top it all off, Lice and Haze fly the belligerent Bristol flag, The Parrots bring their surf punk from Madrid and Her’s top off a list that features many more.

Once the day is complete, a whole other event takes place at Lakota, with a night dedicated to some of the progressive and intriguing electronic acts and DJs from around the world. Helena Hauff returns to Bristol, while favourites Optimo, Giant Swan, DJ Stingray and Gramrcy also take over one of the six rooms of the venue. Revered labels Whities and Wisdom Teeth and Future Boogie all curate a room for the night, heralding a different but no doubt exciting year for the progressive Bristol festival.

Tickets for both programmes are available from today (Friday 27th) at 9am, tickets for the day are available here and night tickets here. View the full-line up below.
