Simple Things festival have announced their first wave of artists set to play the event in October. Known for their immersive, experimental line-ups, the festival is a chance to catch some of the best up-and-coming artists as well as digging into the established back catalogue of others.

Acts include the likes of Los Angeles’ Warpaint, Ben UFO, a DJ Set from Metronomy – who are also set to release their new album next month – Jessy Lanza and Montreal’s favourite rock outfit Suuns. Twin Peaks are also set to play, as well as Helena Hauff, Throwing Shade and Evan Baggs.

Taking place on October 22nd and 23rd, it has already been announced that John Carpenter will be closing the festival, with a performance of his latest album as well as his original horror scores. Earlybird tickets are sold out but you can grab a first release ticket at a bargain price of £32.50. Tickets for John Carpenter are sold separately.
