Rat Boy, whose real name is Jordan Cardy, won Best New Artist at the NME Awards 2016 earlier this year and has been described by NME as ‘A potent mix of Blur’s cockney knees-up side, the urgency of the Libertines and Beastie Boys’ in-yer-face raps’.

After a year of playing festivals and a sold our tour in May – Rat Boy shows no signs of stopping with his second headline tour this September. With his catchy lyrics, layered beats and counter rhythms he is definitely scuttering his way for Jamie T’s crown. Ending his UK tour in Bristol and it’s sure to go out with a bang so I wouldn’t miss it, I for one won’t.

Rat Boy plays at the Anson Rooms on 28th November. Watch his video for ‘Get Over It’ below.
