Following on from his debut track ‘Squeeze Me’ (which reached number eight in the Spotify Viral Chart), Keir has recently released his second single, called ‘Night & Day’ and the accompanying video features the everyday life scenes from which he frequently draws lyrical inspiration, and includes his band, his parents, grandparents and friends.

His highly original songs are packed with charisma; the energy he gives out at gigs is hugely vibrant – and his soulful pop-rock style makes him an artist you won’t forget in a hurry. It’s obvious how he would have caught the eye of critics after performing live for BBC Introducing at Maida Vale. The buzz that always surrounds him proceeded to escalate after his early shows at The Great Escape, Secret Garden Party and Glastonbury. He went on to support The Drums on tour in October last year and 2018 saw him tour Europe with his first headline show happening in Amsterdam.

There’s an air of justified excitement which surrounds Keir – talk of a distinctive sound that results in incredibly strong stage presence. These qualities would suggest that the 23-year-old singer and songwriter is going far. Bristol clearly believes so anyway, because this rising local star’s forthcoming gig at The Louisiana has sold out.
