3rd Dec | The Jam Jar

We might be battling sub-zero temperatures in December, but there’s one band that’ll keep you warm no matter the weather. Bristol always delivers on new talent, and psych pop band Cousin Kula have certainly been one of 2016’s exciting music highlights.

A sound so colourful and refreshing, there’s a story behind every instrument and note played, whether listening or watching them live on stage. Organised musicianship paired with dreamy psychedelic pop sequences, while the incredibly infectious rhythm sections, organs and soulful vocals will have you dancing off those cold winter blues and into festive cheers in no time.

Cousin Kula launch their new single ‘Ode To Lyle’ tonight at The Jam Jar, the follow-up to debut single ‘Hesitation’. An extravaganza awaits, and a show you’ll not want to miss.

Tonight’s show is free entry before 9pm then £5 on the door after. Check out the video for ‘Hesitation’ below.
