Saturday 30th of May saw The Fleece play host to Japanese noise-rock band Melt-Banana. They haven’t played a Bristol stage in four years so everybody was understandably eager to finally see them play again.
Melt Banana, a Japanese noise-rock experimental band have been around for decades, currently on their seventh studio album, ‘Fetch’, they are no strangers to touring internationally, something sure to come in handy on their visit to The Fleece.
On April 15th, The Exchange held the first UK date of The Smith Street Band, Restorations, Laura Stevenson and Astpai’s joint European tour.
They're set to kick off the UK/EU leg of their final tour of the album (Exchange, 15th of April), before adding the finishing touches to their third full-length, set to be released this year.
